Use the search engine that you will find on the website, check the availability of the room for the desired dates and with just one “click” send us your reservation request. As soon as we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to advise you on the process and indicate the necessary steps to rent your room.
Our rentals are offered in an all-inclusive regime, that is, they already cover all the current expenses of the property
such as water, electricity or gas . Among other services, we also offer weekly cleaning of common spaces as well as high-speed WIFI available to all our guests.
Our payment plan is very simple, with no surprises. Along with the first month's rent, a fixed fee of €80 must be paid (one time only) to manage the procedures necessary to formalize the rental.
Subsequently, you will only pay month by month the agreed rent for the rental of your room. Finally, in the invoice for the last month of rent, another fixed commission of €80 will be included for cleaning and reconditioning the room.
Of course, you will receive a detailed invoice each month with the items we are billing you for.
Yes, all our rentals include the deposit of a monthly rent as a deposit. This deposit must be paid at the time of reservation, for its formalization.
This deposit will be used to cover any material damage caused by the guest as a result of misuse of the elements of the home made available to them.
Yes, each reservation is associated with a seasonal room rental contract that is delivered to the guest upon entering the home.
Our cancellation policy is flexible. Below we detail the conditions applicable to all our rooms.
If you cancel the reservation:
or With more than 30 days in advance – Full refund of the first monthly payment.
or Between 30 and 7 days in advance – Refund of 50% of the first month's rent
or With less than 7 days in advance – No possibility of refund
Yes, Tahor will promptly issue you an invoice with all detailed expense items.
Our rooms are rented for minimum periods of 1 month.
